All standard packages are considered basic and non-refundable.
The Standard Plus package includes dismantling services only.
Clients are advised to confirm their moving date before booking a standard move.
For uncertainty regarding the date or potential changes, the Bronze package is recommended, covering one date change. Premium and Gold packages allow up to 3 and 9 date changes, respectively.
Additional costs resulting from date changes, such as admin fees or higher labor costs during peak periods, will be passed on to the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time qualify for a 50% refund for Bronze, Premium, and Gold packages.
Standard packages are non-refundable in case of date changes.
Change of Booking Date
For changes made at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled date and time, an additional charge of 50% of the booking fee applies to Bronze, Premium, and Gold packages.
