That is genuinely the whole problem with an internal move. If there is an empty room, a spare corner or a floor that is not in use, it becomes simple: everything goes there, the old space clears, the new space gets set up properly, and it all comes back in the right order.

Without one, the move happens in the corridor, and the corridor is where people are trying to work.

So the useful question before booking is not how much there is. It is where the temporary space is. If you have one, say so. If you do not, say that too, because it changes how the day is sequenced rather than whether it works.

Worth knowing before the day

Lifts get slower. Repeated short trips take longer than the same volume in one van, and a shared lift with other tenants in it takes longer again.
Nothing gets fully packed. People assume that because it is going forty feet, boxes are unnecessary. Loose items in arms is the slowest way to move anything, and it is where things get dropped.
The old space still has to end up empty. Internal moves are the ones most likely to leave something behind, because there is no van pulling away to mark the end.
